Mindy Bekker, Owner

I started my journey as a massage therapist in 2004 and have loved every minute of it. I have expanded my knowledge of massage techniques through classes and hands on practice. I love to combine a variety of massage techniques for each client. Each person is different and what they need from a massage is different. I like to offer my clients a healing, relaxing and renewing experience every time they visit. I specialize in Craniosacral Therapy and Dynamic Body Balancing.

Shannan Koch

I had the wonderful privilege of starting off my massage career by studying at the renowned Sister Rosaline Gefre School of Massage.  I graduated in 2009 and began working in their clinic as well as a chiropractic clinic.  In 2012, I joined the team at Elm Salon and Spa in Hastings before coming to Simply Still Spa in 2016.   I specialize in deep tissue and sports massage as well as trigger-point therapy in order to help my clients with pain relief.  I incorporate essential oils to help my clients meet their health goals, including relaxation, stress relief, fighting fatigue, or muscle and joint pain.

It is my honor to serve you here at Simply Still Spa, I work with a wide variety of clientele and enjoy helping each one to live a healthier life.  My hobbies include staying active, especially with my nephew and my dog Duke.

Heather Duhaime

I attended Lake Superior College in Duluth, MN and has practiced Massage Therapy since 2009. After some time working in the Duluth area, my family and I moved to Hastings where I have done massage therapy for several years. In addition to massage, I am also a part time student earning a degree in the health field.

Holistic health is important to me and that is reflected in my specialties. With a background in cosmetology, I really enjoy helping people with their skin through facial massage techniques. I also incorporate stretches and fascial release in my massages.

My goal is to provide effective bodywork techniques that facilitate relaxation, healing, and balance. Over the years, I have found that massage promotes physical, mental, and spiritual wellness. I am committed to educating, uplifting and nurturing clients on their journey to health and well-being.
