Our Story

Simply Still Spa was started back in 2015 and exchanged hands in June of 2019.  Since then Mindy has helped evolve this already amazing spa into an oasis where one can come and relax and restore your body. Simply Still Spa offers a variety of massage techniques by a great group of therapists. Energy and Chakra healing is a new service that we offer at Simply Still Spa. Whether you are looking for just the muscles or the body as a whole we have what you are looking for.  We are excited to see you on your next visit.

Meet The Team

Our mission here at Simply Still Spa is to help our clients heal themselves whether that comes through muscle work, energy work or CranioSacral Therapy. We are here to blend our talents to help you with what you need at each session. We pride ourselves on our knowledge and care we offer each client that walks through our doors. All of our therapists are Certified Massage Therapist through the City of Hastings and  Insured by ABMP or AMTA.

Mindy

Graduated from the Minnesota School of Health Science in 2004 with a certificate in Massage Therapy.  I blend massage, CanioSacral Therapy, unwinding, energy and chakra balancing to provide you with what your body and soul are needing at the time of your visit.

Shannan

Graduated from Sister Rosaline Gefre School of Massage in 2009. I specialize in deep tissue and sports massage as well as trigger-point therapy in order to help my clients with pain relief. I incorporate essential oils to help my clients meet their health goals, including relaxation, stress relief, fighting fatigue, or muscle and joint pain.

I attended Lake Superior College in Duluth, MN and graduated in 2009. Holistic health is important to me and that is reflected in my specialties. With a background in cosmetology, I really enjoy helping people with their skin through facial massage techniques.
