Policies at Simply Still Spa *Minors* all minors (anyone under 18 years of age) must have a parent/guardian present during all sessions. Parent must be in the room during the session or in the waiting area. If refusal to be present at the time of service appointment will be refused/canceled and client will be charged full price for session. *Gift Certificates* Gift certificates will be for services and or products at Simply Still Spa. No cash back will be given on gift certificates. No refunds will be issued on gift certificates. All gift certificates will expire 3 years from the date of purchase.
